Sand Game

A falling-sand game is a genre of video games and subgenre of sandbox games using a two-dimensional particle game engine or cellular automaton.

A simple falling sand game featuring multiple various coloured sands and one coloured wall piece. I made this in an evening in an attempt to wild down from a game jam.

Controls:

Left Click - Sprays dots of the selected colour (spraycan style).

Right Click - Creates a filled cube of the selected colour.

Mouse Wheel Up/Down - Increases/Decreases the spawn brush size.

R - Resets the canvas to a full black with a singular cube in the centre.

Spacebar - Pause/Unpause the simulation updates.

Number Keys - Sand colour selection

0 - Black (Clears the screen of any colour)

1 - White

2 -  Red (Solid wall colour - does not fall)

3 - Green

4 - Blue

5 - Pink

6 - Cyan

7 - Yellow
